Are taxes included in the room rates?
Yes, pricing information provided by our online Reservation System are final and inclusive of all taxes. 

Do I have to pay the room in advance?
A deposit amount is due in order to make your reservation final. For special offer of conference reservations all the amount may requested.  

What types of credit card are accepted?
Visa , MasterCard, American Express

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a Room? 
If you dont want to use our Secure Payment System you can our reservation department with dialing +30 2810 284185 in order to send you our bank account number.

How do I know that my ONLINE reservation is confirmed? 
You will receive an e-mail with a text message (as well as at your mobile phone if you request it by clicking the small square box) and a downloadable printable voucher in pdf format.

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Yes, please contact us by Phone +30 2810 284185 Email or use the Contact Us form. Rates may be more expensive using Phone or Email.

I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation. What do I have to do? 
Please contact us.

How can I cancel or change my booking?
Please contact with us.

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled? 
You will receive notification from the hotel’s reservations department.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

Do you provide shuttle service, how far is the airport from the hotel?
Unfortunately we do not provide a shuttle service, however it is possible to reserve your own private taxi transfer by using our on line system. You must fill in also your Flight Number and the Arrival Time at the personal detail of the reservation.
