Are taxes included in the room rates?
Yes, pricing information provided by our online Reservation System is final and includes all taxes.

Do I have to pay the room in advance?
A deposit amount is due in order to make your reservation final. For special offers or group reservations all the amount may be requested. 

What types of credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
 
If you don"t want to use our Secure Payment System you can contact our reservation department by email: info@spiros-soula.gr in order to send you our bank account number or make reservation by phone: 0030 2810811576 and use PAY CASH & WIN option. 

How do I know that my online reservation is confirmed?

You will receive an e-mail with a downloadable printable voucher in pdf format, as well as a text message on your mobile phone (if you have requested it by clicking the small square box).

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?

I have booked a room but I did not receive a confirmation. What do I have to do?

How can I cancel or change my booking?

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

You will receive notification from the hotel reservation department.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Do you provide shuttle service?

Unfortunately, we do not provide shuttle service, however it is possible to reserve your own private taxi transfer by using our online system or contact us by email in order to rent a car for min. 3 days. We will deliver the car for free to Heraklion airport or port. You must fill in also your Flight Number and the Arrival Time in our reservation form.

Can I have dinner during my stay?
Yes, contact us upon arrival to arrange special menu according to your needs or choose you dinner from a"la carte menu.

Are reception and bar-restaurant open for late arrival?
Yes, reception is open till your arrival to the hotel. At the bar-restaurant you will find drinks, snacks, salads and cold dishes.
