After they have compiled their holiday package, they are directed to a certified secure payment environment, where they are asked to fill in their credit card details to finalise booking. Then both the hotel and the client receive an instant confirmation by e-mail and text message, generated automatically by the booking engine. Primal Res also generates and sends a printable, downloadable voucher containing all reservation details. |
